I don’t know about anyone else but before I was Paleo, Breakfast just wasn’t my thing. I always avoided it, eggs were yucky, pancakes bothered my stomach and lets talk about bacon. Well thank god all of that has changed! I can honestly say Breakfast has become my favorite meal. I go to sleep excited for the next morning because I know Breakfast will be the first thing I think about upon waking.

Recently I have been curious about me having an egg allergy. Every time I eat eggs, I get a weird pain in my back and stomach…so we’re trying to avoid that at all costs. I figured I couldn’t be the only person with an egg sensitivity, so I asked some Paleo Pals for some egg-free breakfast ideas!
